Academics

At Coastline Christian Academy, we value moral and academic excellence. Every grade level from kindergarten through 8th grade incorporates both of these elements throughout the school day. A Biblically-based curriculum and academic program challenges students to grow in their knowledge of the world God created, pursue upright moral character, develop strong leadership qualities, and cultivate a solid Christian foundation.

Kindergarten

Students learn to see everything through the focus of loving the Lord. The average class size of 16 allows each student to get individual attention while studying phonics, sight words, math, Bible, science, and social studies.

elementary

A distinctively unique aspect of Coastline Christian Academy is that students are taught from Christian-based curricula. Rather than “adding on” how a Christian world view fits with a secular viewpoint, the students begin with the Christian viewpoint.

junior high

Our greatest desire for our junior high students is that they would make their Christian faith their own. The students enjoy not only an all-school morning chapel and a classroom-focused prayer time, but also study the Bible and the Christian faith every afternoon

and beyond

Our SAT scores and Terra Nova scores are some of the highest in the county. Our Junior High graduates go on to become top students at Providence Hall, Bishop Diego, Dos Pueblos and San Marcos High Schools. We are proud to hear that our alumni have gone on to Cal Poly, Westmont College, University of Ithaca, UCSD and UCSB.
